And if it did say that, then the Constitution would be wrong.

I just think it ought to be very important that the government know exactly what they’re compensating for, and how much. 
To be clear, it’d have to be very clinical, with plenty of noncommittal "uh-huh"s and so forth. Oh, and with the doctor required to present information on other options to buying a gun, like Viagra.

That was before FDA regulated medical devices (in 1976). I wonder what kind of reception they’d get now.
Some time ago I did library research on various kinds of non-invasive tests of the mechanical properties of skin and soft tissue (for a bedsore project). One reference was a master’s thesis on a “penile erection tonometer,” a kind of band worn guess where that measured turgidity. The thesis was by a guy whose initials were M.Y., so the thing was referred to as MY PET.

This is actually something as Wal-Mart is\was the place to buy ammo as it is often much cheaper.
I knew a few folks in Texas who would check out the ammunition that was available anytime they were in a Wal-Mart and buy as many cases of caliber X as they could.
