Two words: Black Velvet.
Had an extra person (5) to feed last night, plus tomatoes and basil from the garden, so I made Italian meatball hamburgers. With seasoned breadcrumbs, egg, and lots of diced sweet onions in the burgers, it’s a tasty way to extend enough ground beef for 4 patties to 5 patties.
Enjoying tomatoes right now from the organic Farmers’ market.
