No need to make your own pasta. I get fresh pasta sheets from the local grocery store. Saves a ton of time and mess. Aldi should have some, frozen at the least.
Sealing the pasta was easy with egg white washed on the whole inner surface.

If you’re doing that many on the reg then there’s probably more efficient ways to do a large batch, sounds like it went over great though!

Oh cannabis had a great deal to do with my creation.
Everyone says it’s so hard to play a non-mouthpiece instrument and sing at the same time. But I’m a simple person, and it’s simple song. The tune might be unconscious? subconscious plagiarism of the that of the opening of “Pee-Wee’s Playhouse.”
