Well, not quite. This isn’t “the Jews are bringing it on themselves”, it’s “this long-standing problem in our country can be blamed on the Muslim minority”. Claiming opposition to one prejudice to validate another is not new either, even though as the article notes, most attacks are from the ultra-right and leaders like Orban are not refugees.
