She’s not always a horrible actress; I remember being stunned at her performance in Proof when I saw it one night on the TV. (Though having Anthony Hopkins play her father helped.)
I still don’t have much if any respect for her personally after all the snake oil shilling and ultra-privileged posturing, but on occasion, she can act.

The last I saw was “Iron Man 3”, from 2013. But “Avengers: Endgame”, she was in that…does that count?

my admittedly fuzzy memory recalls that Pepper Potts was there mostly as a love interest for Tony Stark. She may have done interesting stuff. She may have conversed with another actress about a topic unrelated to a male lead. But she wasn’t playing a Wonder Woman. She wasn’t playing a Supergirl. She was playing a supporting role and not a lead.
Maybe Goop was a way to play a lead role without people like Harvey Weinstein.
