There’s that, and the fact that, although leading questions like this can make for scientific surveys, they only do so if you probe the same topic space with leading questions from other points of view. Then you can determine how firmly held some of these attitudes really are. (There’s also the question of how relevant this particular topic is to assessing Aeroplan’s customer base.)

That was a clusterfuck from start to finish. Starting with the airport staff and ending with “let’s make the enquiry recommendations non-binding.”
Throw in what we now know about the police spokesperson at that time and… yeah, clusterfuck is about the only word. And then they wonder why no one trusts them anymore.
