I think the fire extinguisher is him holding back federal aid to California, the noose symbolizes the violence he encourages (as in the Jan 6 crowd calling for hanging Pence, though at this point I wouldnât be surprised if it also hints at future lynchings), and heâs literally covering his ass with his status as President, which ensures that he is never, ever held accountable for any crime. Either that or wiping his ass with it, which is also fitting.
Exactly, the Presidency is nothing more than to prevent him from being held accountable and enrich himself. Also the entire, the Emperor has no clothes ass-pect.
