I wrote to my representative, but given that he only ran because he got Republican funding to challenge an actual progressive incumbent, I expect less than nothing from him.

They can get out in the fucking streets and hold their own rallies. They can publicize and coordinate with mutual aid groups. They can refuse to vote for the current misadministration’s goals and gum up the works of their efforts as much as possible.
That’s just a few ideas off the top of my head and I’m not even a professional at this sort of thing.

My county committee is doing just that this weekend. In fact, there are lots of rallies happening around the country. The press coverage is minimal, of course. I just put this into a search engine and a bunch of interesting results showed up:
