One story said she recently had a liver transplant, and that her death is believed to be related to that.

Oh no! 
This started as a YouTuber trying to raise a store bought live lobster as a pet a few years back. Leon, the lobster seemed to be thriving but stopped molting regularly, and didn’t survive the most recent molt. RIP little guy.

Oh, no! He worked so hard to create great environments for Leon, and fed him well, and took such great care of him. He - and we! - loved Leon so much.

I saw that story this morning, too, and it does seem odd. Gas leak, maybe? Hackman was 95. His death on its own wouldn’t raise any questions, but his wife was 60 something, I think. And then for the dog to die, too . . . it sounds like a gas leak to me, but who knows?
