For this work pigeons, gulls, ducks, swamp hens, herons and ibis were filmed in Melbourne before being drawn in the artist’s signature style and then animated.

My guess is a group of tourists on a coach tour listening to a guide.
This was during the 2009 Bundesgartenschau at Schwerin.

The view is from the western edge of the “21st Century Gardens” looking northeast, with the State Museum and the Schloß in the background.
