So, what happens when you get an incumbent from Delaware with a website?
Patrick Gathara is one if the people interviewed here:
No one should listen to this if they live in the USA and want a nice day.
So, Georgia is heading forward to a recount… skipping the risk-limiting random audit step. And, counting everything by hand - so, more expensive, slower, and less accurate. And they’re supposed to get it all done by the 20th.
All because Trump wants something to bullshit to his base about before he’s tossed out…

These linked threads are gold though.
#BREAKING Polls are set to open in 48 hours across the US as the authoritarian regime of Donald Trump attempts to consolidate its hold over the troubled, oil-rich, nuclear-armed, north American nation. Analysts are sceptical the election will end months of political violence.
In a message conveyed by their political wing, the Republican party, white extremists in the US vow not to lay down their arms if moderate white opposition leader, Joe Biden, is declared president-elect of the conflict-prone nation, a haven for armed terrorist groups.
The AU calls on Americans to remain calm after its observers are kicked out of crisis-torn US, vowing to support their democratic aspirations and to impose consequences – including visa bans – on those attempting to drag them back into the dark days of dictatorship.
Rumors - hotly denied by regime officials - are spreading that US dictator, Donald Trump, who has not been seen in public since he returned to the barricaded presidential palace days ago, may have fled the crisis-torn republic for asylum in an undisclosed country.
After days in barricaded presidential palace, US dictator, Donald Trump, hesitantly emerges to attend ceremony for fallen troops in coastal capital, Washington DC. Race is now on to get back to the palace before President-elect Joe Biden can sneak in and depose him.
I recall reading about the so-called “republican lock on the White House” back in the ‘80’s. Too bad.
It’s great how a 14,000+ vote margin in Georgia triggers Republicans accusing other Republicans of fraud and a frantic, fully-by-hand recount that absolutely must be done before the election, which doesn’t depend on that state, can be declared won… but the 537-vote margin in Florida in 2000 ended up with “it’s taking too long, we need to stop counting some time…”
Interesting note, BTW: FAAFO is not just the unofficial motto of Philly, it also applies to Romancelandia, aka the spaces inhabited by Romance writers. People love to shit on Romance as a genre, but fuck with them and they will dismantle you. And beat ypu to death slowly with each piece. It is known that you do not mess with Romance writers.
Guess what Stacey Abrams does when she’s not kicking GOP asses.
I have been hearing takes about how she gracefully conceded even though there was evidence that she (in contrast to the loser in chief) really was cheated.
Yeah, not so much. That just taught her where the weakness was. Georgia is bluer than its ever been. They’re on the edge of maybe flipping the senate. Why? Because someone decided that they could fuck with a black woman and a Romance writer and get away with it.
They should have just let her win.
PS. Keep in mind, like she obviously did, that this is all bigger than one race, one election, one state. The fight is long and hard, but it is winnable.
And if you value your your life, do not fuck with Romancelandia.
Was Barbara Cartland Empress there at one time?
So long as the condition isn’t "stop paying attention to Georgia. "
“There is no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromised,” the committee announced.
They spoke out after Mr Trump claimed without proof 2.7m votes for him were “deleted” in last week’s election.
Putin’s probably still figuring out who to kill for flubbing their instructions.
NYTimes has called Georgia:
Two accused ‘dead’ Georgia voters very much alive despite claims - and they voted legally
11Alive confirmed that two of the four Georgia voters the president accused of fraudulently voting “dead” are alive.
Newton County officials confirmed that Agnes Blalock voted using her married name.
“Her voter registration was signed as Mrs. James E. Blalock, Jr. and that is exactly how she signed her name when she voted in the Nov. 3 general election,” officials said.
“Linda Kesler of Nicholson was marked deceased in 2003 and did not vote. Lynda Kesler who has a different address, birthday, and zip who is entitled to vote—did vote,” the board of elections said.
A bit math heavy, so unfortunately anyone taken in by the conspiracy theory this debunks is unlikely to sit through the whole thing. Still, a rather interesting showing of how a very simple math mistake can fuel a whole lot of speculation…
Dominion calls the claim from Trump that its machines deleted 941,000 votes for him in Pennsylvania alone “impossible.”
That’s because Dominion only serves 14 counties in the state, which produced a total of 1.3 million votes — 52%, or 676,000, of which went to Trump. That only leaves 624,000 other votes, fewer than what Trump claims were switched.
The statement from Dominion Voting Systems also noted that Edison Research — a firm that OANN and Gateway Pundit cited in their stories — has refuted claims that it produced any data to support allegations of vote switching.
Larry Rosin, the president of Edison Research, told The Dispatch Fact Check, that it never produced any data to that effect.
“Edison Research created no such report and we are not aware of any voter fraud,” he said.
