Stock Exchange Place, Night, Philadelphia.
I like how their stock exchange was apparently on what today appears to be an inconspicuous alley.

I love everything about this storefront. The gold leaf address, the security foil tape attached to the windows, the aluminum door, the reflections off all the glass. This was, in my estimation, installed in the 1930s, remodeled in the 1970s, with track lighting installed in the 1990s.
This is what Milwaukee looked like when I was a child, if you overlook the fact that it’s much cleaner.

Seen on Greenwich Avenue.
It’s hard to tell from the picture how big this is. It’s “life size” so to speak.
How did this get here?
Why is this here?
Why have I not noticed it before?

First thing to happen in Hartwall-areena/Helsinki-halli/Veikkaus Arena since start of war will be Bob Dylan - Rough and Rowdy Ways World Wide Tour on October 16, 2025.

I decided to see how long it would take to get home using public transportation or bicycle today. Results were discouraging
I’m flabbergasted that I could walk home faster than taking public transportation over a distance of 34 miles (straight line). The bike route has me spending far too much time on major roads.
