Jesus, a few days ago I literally said something like “I see that the ‘MS13’ is intended to be a caption but Republicans saying it’s actually tattooed on his skin despite it being so obviously fake it wouldn’t fool a three year old is absolutely plausible as something they would do”, and here Trump is actually doing it. I don’t understand how anyone gives him the benefit of a doubt. He always chooses the path of least intelligence, every goddamn time, and his followers have to give up more and more of their dignity and credibility to keep up, yet never reach a breaking point.

That’s what con men do. Once you’ve given them something, they make you go to increasingly absurd lengths to prove your loyalty or else be exposed for having been taken in. Honestly, that’s a huge swath of the Republican Party right now. Marks who have been fleeced but are more afraid of that being exposed than the increasing levels of humiliation they are being subjected to.

He’s my Rep, and I love him! He’s hardly a career politician, either. He’s been in politics only a few years.
He’s a successful businessman who doesn’t think everything should be run like a business. AFAIK he hasn’t gone against any legislature I liked, and is always against what I am, too.
Dunno why they even mentioned that crook mary waters.
They’re wasting their resources in going after Shri; there are far better targets.
