If ICE wasn’t violating the law, they wouldn’t be getting this push-back. They’ve shown that they will grab anyone, regardless of immigration status, and rendition them to a dangerous country without due process. The burden is on them to demonstrate that they are complying with the law.
Until then, it’s fair to assume every ICE abduction is illegal and resist.
