If the SSA experience is bad it’s probably not due to “outdated technology” (which may not help, but it’s not the crux of the problem), it’s generally the lack of staff and resources. Which, you know, isn’t fixed by cutting staffing and resources.

Especially those who are like, “he never said he’d do that”, when, no, he said he’d do exactly that. You just weren’t paying attention. Some are in really shitty situations, and that sucks for them, but this is literally what they voted for.
