Instant Message from the Service Desk lead. OH NO! Users in Domain X can’t login through VPN. Some of them can after multiple reboots. It must be that patch that was pushed out.
Insert 30 minutes of messaging between Service Desk, Myself and Networking. Networking guy spots in splunk that the LDAP service for Domain X is obviously bouncing. That’s managed by the Systems Engineering team. So, move it over to them and let them worry about it.
