The Nazification of America

I bet they really taxed heir vocabulary coming up with this one.

Actual Nazism is spectacular in how stupid and awful it is, but it’s always part of a broader poison that seeps out into how people think about everything. Here is a nice and miserable case in point; trigger warning for institutional child abuse.

The Republicans obviously never watched this for helpful hints on how to interrogate a witness; but then they don’t really have much of a sense of humor, the ones in power especially, eh?

Is Stephen King a Nazi?

Republican Steve King, yes. He’s the guy who asked when “white supremacist” became offensive, talked about whites suffering a slow-motion holocaust at the hands of immigrants, said rape and incest were the reason there were people, etc. etc. Horror author Stephen King, not so much.

The RepugNazis…migawd, how they propagandize to cling to their odious power…and I find it amusing as all get-out that folks speaking have to follow a light for timing, just like open-mic stand-up at Mark Ridley’s Comedy Castle in Royal Oak, MI.

And geez, it takes FOREVER just to provide credentials for each witness, doesn’t it?

@mindysan33 - those law profs who know history are DEVESTATING! (swoons)

That’s a real nice community you got there, it’d be a shame if something, uh, happened to it.

I don’t think that’s so thinly-veiled.

If the cops want respect from POC (or anyone for that matter), then they should start treating the people they serve like human beings.

In the first Michael Bay “Transfomers” film, it reads “To Punish and Enslave” on the Decepticon that turns into a police car.
