The problems of the Democratic party

Fuck James Carville and fuck Chris Cuomo. Who fucking cares what they think. I doubt Hogg does.

Hogg is the future.
Carville is ancient times.

i hope for a change where youthful exuberance and yearning for progress can overcome old age and treachery.

i say this as an “old man”.

Right? Carville hasn’t been relevant since Bill Clinton was in office, and the less said about Chris Cuomo the better.

I do not know if i am older than you or not, but Carville and Cuomo can kiss my 60 yr old ass. Hogg FTW!

My favorite reply to the post (from a parody account, I think)

I guess he is relevant!

Makes sense, Carville’s always been weird AF and probably got his feelings hurt.

I think he’s just a dick who thinks he knows everything there is to know about politics and dismisses anyone who disagrees with him as idiots.

Can’t argue with that. When I learned that he was married to a major Republican operative I stopped listening to what he had to say. They seem like a very mercenary couple.

‘I can hear James Carville’s head exploding’: Gen Z DNC official claps back at Dem critic

“Not to mention the fact that, frankly, he has not won an election since before I was born. I think it’s time for some new voices in our party.”

You go get him David!

Oh there’ll be an election all right. Just not in a way that matters.

It’ll be the best election. Biggest turnout ever. Trump will win 120% of the popular vote, and even more of the electoral vote.

Meanwhile his opponent will have only won 98% of the popular vote and be unable to challenge the results after unfortunately falling out of a window.

I can’t believe I’m posting this, but even a broken-clock moment should probably be acknowledged:

The article later corrects itself; Al Green was the first Democrat to call for impeachment, which makes Thanedar the second. But it’s more gutsy than I’d ever expected from him, considering I’ve usually considered him a self-serving opportunistic playboy shitweasel (he dropped affiliation with the DSA the femtosecond it became politically inconvenient, and, well, this.) I haven’t changed my mind about him, but I am surprised, and we’ll see how far he’s willing to go with it.

Good news! May it inspire others, and soon.

Too many Dems, especially almost all the old ones besides Bernie (yes, Independent but you know what I mean) are playing with some old political playbook with Trump. They keep acting like norms will snap back into play. Or at worse, Trump’s going to be happy with getting X and will stop.

In reality, he’s acting like an out of control and spoiled toddler. Every time anyone gives him anything, he takes it and demands more. Law firms buckle to avoid illegal EO? Demands they give him more than agreed or he’ll do another EO. Judges tell him not to deport people, says can’t stop the planes, can’t get people back, or a written order doesn’t mean anything.

Last time, he had some career GOP stopping some of his worst impulses. This time, Project 2025 is using him to get what they want, and he’s surrounded himself with people who know they can only survive if he’s happy, so they do anything and everything he wants. They wouldn’t 25th his corpse.

The old establishment has to go if they can’t understand…and I think to a point they can’t. I can’t keep up on what my nieces are into and doing anymore and I’m not that old…but it is two generations away. Congress is 3-4 generations behind the people they are representing.

And on the diversity in Congress- about time, but almost all of those are coming on one side of the aisle. So much of the GOP is while male with black hair in standard cut and style plus a small amount of white woman with blonde hair.
