I feel like that xkcd is a very interesting illustration of the difference between “elected leaders” (interracial marriage) and “triangulating goddam politicians” (same-sex marriage).

It really is so vile because one of the big talking points against trump is that he’s a sexual predator (which he is) and then they turn around and throw all their weight behind the other sexual predator [blue]. Like no wonder the democratic party is well known for not actually believing in anything
