Even in a government that’s full of extremists it’s still notable that Ben Gvir actually got convicted of terrorism charges in Israel, where only the worst actions committed against Palestinians ever lead to charges, and even fewer result in convictions. Yet here we are. He really is among the worst of the worst, and is also the sitting Minister of National Security.

Now I’m wondering if Evangelical Christians’ desire to accelerate the return of the Messiah is actually a great thing after all.
