Thread of assholes

Well, who cares if a woman wants something… can’t we just think of the MENS!!! /s

I feel sorry for her - she’s attached to a couple of real assholes for the rest of her life… I mean, I’m sure her vast wealth insulates her, but still…

That doesn’t seem fair.

Destroying other people’s property is a purely civil matter if there is any contract involved. Interesting. I wonder if that is still true if it is something the cops care about.

I’d enjoy these spontaneous WW2 reenactments a lot more if the Allies ever showed up. :unamused:

Destruction of property can be, and in this case absolutely is, vandalism. That’s a public library. In Ohio, vandalism is a crime, and here’s the relevant part for this situation:

No person shall knowingly cause serious physical harm to property that is owned, leased, or controlled by a governmental entity. A governmental entity includes, but is not limited to, the state or a political subdivision of the state, a school district, the board of trustees of a public library or public university, or any other body corporate and politic responsible for governmental activities only in geographical areas smaller than that of the state.

It’s a 5th degree felony punishable by a fine up to $2500.

Elon Musk’s X
is where the song has found its biggest audience.

On Thursday, Ye uploaded a video for the song on X, where it remained up as of Friday evening and received more than 6.5 million views. At least 12,000 users and a handful of right-wing influencers quickly shared the clip on their pages. Ye’s most recent repost is of a video mixing historical clips of Hitler together with his song as a backing track. He also shared a video on X of influencer Andrew Tate — a self-described misogynist — playing the song in his car. That video has been viewed over 3 million times.

Yep, the cops don’t give a shit about it and won’t do anything about it. They’re probably all happy he did this shit. Assholes.

It’s been 100% well-verified (and recognized and allowed by law) that high intelligence is not a requirement for cops. Book-blind cops may be compelled to “care” about books even though–OMG!–books :face_vomiting: are involved.

So, $2.5K per book. :smiling_imp:

She was the first woman to graduate from the Citadel’s Corp of Cadets, though, which is probably what she meant. She’s still horrible, though.

I’m not inclined to cut her any slack

I’m not either, it’s just that that inaccuracy is about #2,347 on the list of shit she’s done and said that I have a problem with.
