Yeah, that’s entirely believable, too. I don’t envy those who make their living creating satire and parody in our current world.
According to the lawsuit, StudioFest — the production company behind Better Half, and the lone plaintiff in the case — sent Franco and Brie’s agents a copy of the Better Half script along with a synopsis in 2020. But the pair passed on the project, and the suit alleges the defendants did so “because they wanted to produce the film themselves and have WME package the project with one of the agency’s own writers.”
The article goes into very specific similarities between the films and includes spoilers, so I won’t copy them here.

I saw an interview with the new pope’s brother who lives in Chicago, and he seemed like a decent guy. The Florida brother, on the other hand, is apparently an ass.

They didn’t accomplish what they really wanted to do to their victims, so they decided to release all the pent up pressure by mindlessly killing a tree.
He’s also called for “anti-Trump Democrats” to “be arrested and tried for subversion and even treason against the U.S.A.” He shared another post saying “we are now living in a country our founding fathers fought to escape,” adding his own comment, “they’d have really stormed the Capital [sic] by now and hung most of those in office for the mess they’ve created.”
May his 401k evaporate.
