The design, which you can see below, doesn’t include any UnitedHealth logos or anything that would conceivably be interpreted as a trademark or image owned by the healthcare giant. It’s a watercolor painting of Mangione, clearly inspired by one of the security camera images released by police. Mangione is encircled in a heart but, again, there’s nothing that appears to have anything to do with UnitedHealth.
Right. They’re just trying to stop such celebratory imagery. (Good luck with that.)

Sue them for the penalty for a false claim, and then a whole lot more for infringing on their first amendment rights, business losses and reputation damage. I suspect it won’t be too hard to find pro bono representation.
An unspoken part of “GC” stuff is how it becomes a cult that separates you from everything else and forces you to support the grind & grift. One of the most popular threads on an imageboard’s GC section is “I am miserable and alone, meanwhile all the trans people and their friends are happy”

It’s honestly kind of painful to see someone get so close to understanding, but then they veer away and go right back to attacking people and allies. “Hey, those people are happy and have friends because they’re not bigots.
