I’d love to ride the Ffestiniog Railway in Wales.

They have some unusual locomotives:

I have an online friend on another platform who lives in Ffestiniog; he’s posted many pics and videos of the tiny trains.

TINY? TINY? These are narrow gauge trains. Any respectable railfan would clutch their pearls and faint at the term “tiny”!

Narrow-minded fans, anyway.

As an aside, model train fans object to anyone calling their trains “cute,” too.

I can’t tell if that’s Z scale or T scale. Would that model run on track that’s 6.5 or 3 mm wide (i.e, gauge)?

Not cute; no sirree, not all all cute. Or tiny.

No, no, no, that would never make me squee so hard my Squee Meter breaks.

T scale in the photo. There is a smaller, yet unofficial, scale—nano scale that custom builders djinn up here and there, but those sizes vary.

How about this. A little something from a few years ago. It’s so cute, that you can’t even see it! If you find a video showing it in action, let us know!
