What a stunningly beautiful bird! ETA; I wonder if those are “invisible” markings made visible for some reason? Like some/all (?) black cats actually do have tabby markings.

There are highly melanistic foxes in Toronto; black with white tips on the tail;

And Toronto is also a hotbed of black Eastern Grey Squirrels;

And even non-albino white squirrels;

I wonder if there is something in our water

I have so many thoughts/questions about this picture!

Salad. Salad? Like for breakfast or as amazing hockey hair?

Blep. Perrrrfect blep. Wow! Does this cutie regularly pose just so?

The markings! Like Turkish Van Cat, but not buff/orange?!?

Those huge pupils?!? Was 'nip involved? :face_with_monocle:

Perhaps in the case of the kitty, pronounced SAH-LAUD.

Maybe the kitty is a vegetarian and tagged with “salad” in case kitty strays off and strangers want to feed it. :cat2: :green_salad:
