Uhā€¦ it sounds like heā€™s saying the person hit ā€œview sourceā€ on a web page. Thatā€™s not converting or decoding anything, and itā€™s definitely not taking or accessing something without permission!

I donā€™t understand why having some minimal tech knowledge (like using a TV remote) automatically prohibits someone from going into politics.

I donā€™t think thereā€™s really anything preventing him from being in officeā€¦ and Iā€™d prefer someone with a little technical/scientific knowledge to someone who canā€™t set a microwave clock. Or, at the very least, someone who is willing to listen to the people who do have that technical knowledge.
