“Three Word Chant” has been around for decades, probably myriadia.
Claiming that people shouting “Not Me, Us” are copying the new Trumpist version is like claiming that people singing “Solidarity Forever” are copying an old Confederate battle hymn… when the Confederate version was copied from earlier abolitionist and Unionist ones… Except that the original of “Three Word Chant” is lost in the mists of time.
