The problem with Trump’s judges is not their lack of “qualifications”.
A) “Qualification” for judicial and political office in this sense is an invented and meaningless thing. There is nothing in the law that says “judges and politicians must have X years of experience doing job Y” [1].
B) The problem with Trump’s judges is not inexperience. It’s ideology. Adding more impressive legal pedigrees to these fascists would not alter the fact that they’re fascist.
