Plus about two hundred million invisible dots for the disenfranchised.
I am now envisioning a Bollywood-esque production.
[Black screen]
[Light snaps on. POV looking down the open space between a double row of bunk beds. 8 bunks to a side]
[Snappy Music Begins to play]
[Perfectly choreographed - everyone laying in their bunks flings off their blanket]
[Starting from the bunk furthest from the camera - the people in the top bunks roll off and land directly next to the lower bunk’s occupant as they have stood up]
[This continues down the row of bunks until they are all standing at attention]
[All people are in well creased ACUs with their M-4 Rifle]
[The music continues to soar as everyone executes a military turn towards the central open corridore the camera has been directed toward]
[Everyone marches forward and manages to line up. Every other person is facing right with the remainder facing left]
[The music has been building to a crescendo and as it hits, every one executes a left or right turn and now the column of 32 men is lined up.]
[A brief pause in the music. No one moves a muscle]
[The beat drops]
[Starting from the front and cascading backaward, the troops perform a well choreographed execution of “Present Arms” which then mutates into a spectacle of rifle juggling that all ends with everyone taking a combat pose in dual circle with the outer circle in a kneeling firing pose and the inner circle in a standing firing pose]

Two things come to mind.
First, in certain circles, Israel has been promoted as "a democratic state surrounded by essentially undemocratic states which have sworn her destruction,"or words to that effect. (the occupation doesn’t help)
Second, the Iraq War was sold by neoconservatives as a Global Democratic Revolution.
so, yeah, what looks to be fairly bog standard neocon think tank.
You might take it as a admission of defeat, if the cynicism hasn’t quite taken over.
