That is the cool thing - these were all questions people called the NY Public Library to ask back in the day. The entire list of them is great. But what a cool service, pre-internet. And that’s why libraries are fantastic places!

I read another article on that incident, and the woman said when she told the doctor in the ER what happened, they asked her if she was on drugs. Which, normally, I would criticize, but it is the most implausible sounding story at first glance and I can see why a doctor might think that. I am glad she’s ok. It sounds like a terrifying experience.
