I’ve been in three of those – the one at The Fountain On Locust several times.
(It’s a cool restaurant – all art deco, a former Stutz car dealership, with really good ice cream (and ice cream martinis), interesting soups and possibly the world’s best grilled cheese sandwich.)
Also, while the Fountain’s restrooms are gendered, there’s a “Ladies” and a “Men’s / Ladies”, both are single toilets with a locking door. I kind of want to write to them to see if they’d be willing use less binary terms or make them both all-gender. They do some cool special drinks and desserts for Pride month so they might be up for it.

you’ve heard of kopi luwak, the “cat poop coffee”…
what if you could dry the corny bits of cat-scoop (cat scat?) and market it to people with more money than sense as a high-value, high-potency, popcorn that cannot be replicated?
there are gullible folk that could be easily separated from their money to be among the elite who can say they not only can afford it, but find the subtle texture and nuanced flavors of cat poop popcorn a thing to post about on their influencer accoints.
needs a clever marketing scheme. “POOPCORN, you are not worthy…”
toxoplasmosis all but guarantees a loyal, addicted, return customer base.
