Caught early, not particularly exotic, treatable. As far as cancer diagnoses go, not too bad.
Still, fuck cancer.

It’s a strategy that sometimes works for certain goods. I have heard of artists struggling to sell paintings for under 100 bucks, getting frustrated and having them listed for way more just to see what happens and selling out.
Most people who could afford this don’t want to live somewhere without a view - or sunlight.
