I know about him from the movie Eight Men Out. not only a truly great film, Fullerton was portrayed by another noted Chicago author, Studs Terkel.

But the good news about walkable urbanism and streets where you won’t get killed by a car: these things aren’t expensive to provide. They’re cheap to provide!
But how on earth can developers make obscene amounts of money building inexpensive housing? That goes against everything America stands for.
