This isn’t a good explanation, but it is an interesting photo. I filled this dish of water a few days ago, for the birds and whoever else. Last night it froze, but the middle expanded more, and it only kept part of the shape of the dish. This is just exactly how I found it:
That is fabulous. I wonder if this has been done before, or if this is the first time (which from an artistic point of view seems even more awesome).
