Why is this man not a billionaire?
omg i watch the TikTok called “Chef Reacts” (usually hilarious) and he regularly covers this guy. the things he does are insane. I believe Chef even went to Vegas once and met him.
EDIT: Here’s a recent example: TikTok - Make Your Day
I said I’d post the next time we made an Emilian style lasagna. My wife chose to make green sheets (sfoglie), made with spinach… boiled then chilled, and dried. Each layer is our ragù (we made a boatload), a grating of parmesan, then another thin layer but beschamel. Then another layer of pasta. 5 layers, then mix the remaining bechamel and ragu and spread on top with more parmesan.
Probably needs to be two pages for the photos.
Makes me want some of my mom’s lasagna, not sure how traditional it is but it’s a long time hit with my fam. Though my mom would use dried lasagna sheets (cooked of course), don’t think she’s ever tried making fresh pasta but yours looks so good.
My daughter and I are huge fans. We are subscribed to his YouTube channel and watch them immediately upon release. My daughter said, “That man is completely fuckable”
Just when you think he couldn’t get more impressive, it’s like, oh yeah, he’s a sugar artist, too. Oh yeah, he also can sculpt faces. Oh yeah, he can use tools from furniture making.
I’d love to see his out take reels, though. Everyone always looks immaculate.
Also, how does his shirt stay white? Why is he not covered head to toe with chocolate?
Its one of the reasons (as far as i understand) why chefs, cooks, etc wear white at some restaurant kitchens. It shows how disciplined and experienced they are at doing their job.
Fresh pasta takes more time, but you can get lovely thin layers going, that’s big reason we use fresh.
I heard something similar about why painters (like house painters, furniture painters) wear white. As one guy told me, “Otherwise, I just look homeless.”
He definitely wins. He is always pristine, even when he’s handling an airbrush.
I wonder just how expensive that chocolate machine is…
This guy’s humor is dryer than a walk through the Nafud.
It’s evidently a dry, not humid cold, up there in the Nordic lands.
I want to try lefse now.
