Francis isnât a John Paul II, but heâs been progressive on some issues. Plus he, unlike any Pope I can remember, actually cares about poor people. You know, like that book they find so important says.

As a German living abroad, I have still not received my ballot for voting by mail. The election is on Sunday and the earliest I could receive it now and post it again is on Wednesday. So donât count on my vote being the one that stops the AfD in its tracksâŠ
