I think it’s mostly from my new toothpaste, They seem to have discontinued my old, and this was the only one at the local grocery store without any of my known allergens among the listed ingredients.
And online, it’s a lot easier to search for toothpastes with something than ones without it.
I don’t usually take these sorts of medicines, now that I don’t have yearly sinus infections (thanks, Flonase). But, I have in the past, and I tend to be cheap and go for the generics. Not anymore, I guess.

Ugh… annoying and enraging. Just yet another reason we absolutely need more robust and well funded regulation of food. People’s health and even lives depend on accurate labeling…
