Intent is a real thing. The only thing Trump gives up when he takes off the mask is some portion of standing in court.
Libertarian-ness relies on eating a larger part of the law than they can chew.

Retribution is not justice. What he’s talking about is the exact opposite of “law and order”.

Really, I do wonder if any governors, red or blue, who’ve spoken to each other about secession. It’s almost like the Federal government is trying to secede from responsibility to the Union and ohmygawd I’m correct, aren’t I?
