One of the most exciting Star Trek: Voyager Easter eggs in the Star Trek: Starfleet Academy trailer confirms that Harry Kim (Garrett Wang) was promoted to Admiral. In the shot, several Academy cadets stand in front of a wall listing the names and ranks of Starfleet iconsâwith âADM HARRY S.L. KIMâ appearing near the bottom of the fourth column.
Harry Kim, the only person who was likely promoted directly from Ensign to Admiral!

Alexander Siddig unexpectedly popped up in my headphones playing a giant centipede policeman in the Doctor Who audio drama Sisters of the Flame. Unfortunately his character was pretty much wasted in the second half of the storyline, but he was great as a very polite and helpful bug cop (thatâs how you can tell itâs science fantasy- not ACAB).
