Putting this video here as an interesting perspective on the Rockland County lawsuit covered in the link below. No, it won’t change the certified results, but it does raise questions about election oversight - as well as how monitoring, counting, and auditing should be conducted in the future:
Just to clarify something I saw in that AP article…
In open court last Thursday, Judge Rachel Tanguay of the New York Supreme Court, ruled that discovery must proceed, pushing the lawsuit brought by SMART Legislation into the evidence-gathering stage.
This makes it sound like it’s a bigger ruling that it is. She’s not a judge on THE New York Supreme Court, because there is no THE New York Supreme Court. New York is weird. They call their trial courts Supreme Courts. If you’ve ever watched Law and Order, when they get to the courtroom scenes, they’ll usually have text at the bottom that says something like “New York Supreme Court Part xx” where xx is some number. That’s how they refer to their trial courts. So this is just the trial court judge in this case issuing a ruling on a motion. I’m glad she did, but New York’s highest court, which they just call the New York Court of Appeals, was not involved.
Weirdness aside, ruling for full discovery is maybe a big deal.
Zero votes for Harris?! Definitely should’ve raised red flags if the county clerk was actually doing their job, regardless of particular district or ward - there are always contrarians. We have some in my progressive neighborhood, my dad and step mom are the “token” Dem vote in his Florida neighborhood.
Yeah, it’s a big deal, it’s just that the phrasing makes it sound like it was a ruling from New York’s highest court, and it wasn’t.
Picking up what you’re laying down.

Of course. He was obviously a wartime leader - just without, you know, the war part.
Only because we somehow decided things like bombing Yemen don’t count. America is always at war somewhere.
He’s launched a war against science, health, college students, trans kids, immigrants, peaceful protesters, and Los Angeles.
He’s a failed War President and he’s just getting started.
