i don’t know if is the particular commenting style of the page but i got the strong feeling half of the commenters were (or were using) LLMs. But when i first checked there were only 60 comments, and was unable to see them because in the office I use firefox and their comment system is not compatible; when I managed to open it, there were 600+

Not surprising, and probably would have happened soon regardless of Musk torching the brand’s reputation. I’ve seen the F-150 Lightning being used as fleet vehicles for large companies that are actually interested in using trucks to do truck stuff, and it’s hard to imagine where Tesla would find more customers for that thing.
