It’s not, it was a joke. For the pedantic record real Latin almost never has a k. I think the closest word would be caecus, blind, which gives us cecum for a blind alley in the intestine.
Greek words have κ which does get transliterated k, although they usually come to us through Latin so are turned into c in most derivatives. An odd word where they only did that to half of them is kakistocracy, from Greek kakistos, the worst. The pun “kekistocracy” is stupid and I hate it but it seems painfully perfect to describe this puerile oligarch, who is also stupid and I also hate.

Elon is pretty explicitly racist on Twitter though, based on his own words and those of the accounts he supports financially and boosts - targets are chosen based on ethnicity alone, and there’s a lot of general support for white supremacy. (It’s pretty clear he fully buys into the idea that South Africa’s apartheid was correct, for instance.)
Of course, he still might not think of himself as racist, because even being an explicit racist doesn’t stop racists from thinking they’re not racist. America long ago decided that being called a racist was bad, so racists just redefine “racism” to be about “hatred” (and redefining hatred while they’re at it). I.e. “Well, I don’t hate ethnic group X, just because they’re clearly inferior and inherently violent and destructive and need to be controlled by white people.” Although at the same time, racists are also disingenuous about what they believe (i.e. they can fully recognize - and are perhaps even proud - that they’re racist, but don’t want to be attacked for it, so they deny it publicly, with a smirk), and Musk is disingenuous about, well, everything, so…

I dug around a bit and there’s a memecoin called Kekius Maximus, whose price shot up 600% shortly after the xit. Make of that what you will. I don’t believe that coin markets are regulated by the SEC the way shares are, so this might earn him a chunk of money but not expose him to the same trouble that his Tesla tweets did?
