Fall of the Fourth Estate: A Critique of Mass Media

A valid question but I don’t think the answer is too difficult. The T**** admin doesn’t let themselves be interviewed by anyone who might ask tough questions. Even when T**** has been interviewed and accidentally said the quiet part out loud, the interviewer has dropped the ball by failing to ask follow-up questions and really getting to the heart of T****’s narcissism and petty quest for domination.

The only reason we have the Carlson-Cruz interview at all is because Cruz is overconfident in his own capabilities and Carlson seemed like a friendly interview. A week ago, the interview would have been all cotton candy and been largely ignored. It’s only because the two differ on ONE ISSUE that it became contentious and therefore interesting.

The meaningful “interviews” of T**** administration officials are happening in Congress, and are only happening at all because Congress can compel Cabinet members and other govt officials to show up and answer questions. And the answers to those questions should have people freaking out. That most mainstream “journalists” aren’t making more of what has been going on in those hearings is the big indictment of the press right now, second only to the atmosphere of manufacturing consent for ICE, FBI, and DoD over-reach and the stupid, unnecessary involvement with Iran-Israel conflict.

Yeah. I think it’s a rhetorical question, and that Rabbini very likely knows everything you just wrote.

Huh? I didn’t know the NYC economy was driven by sexual harassment and assault. Maybe that’s traded on the NASDAQ?

Actual interview: I’m pansexual and didn’t want the label of only being a lesbian. The LGBTQ+ community helped me realize who I was despite the pressure you feel to fit into one category or another.

Daily Mail: PRESSURED INTO BEING GAY?! THE TRUTH REVEALED AS JOJOSIWA ADMITS LGBTQ+ INDOCTRINATION!

Technically correct.

Somehow not even as bad of distortion as would be expected from the Daily Mail. Still horrid, but not as horrid as possible.

Remember that just down the road from the Stonewall riots were gay collaborators who tried to help the police arrest protestors.

Those collaborators never went away.

They won’t play it unless it’s balanced by a documentary making the argument that it’s good actually to bomb hospitals, and those children deserved it.

Gotta have that impartiality.

I like to imagine her thinking, “Is a huge paycheck really that effective for squelching one’s conscience?”
