To be fair, those 82% applied for benefits per the Affordable Care Act (which is the good kind of healthcare), not for benefits out of Obamacare (which is the bad kind of healthcare).
That both are one and the same doesn’t enter into it in this context and is beside the point.

I had something like this. Car model was more modern, I recall I could crash it into things and the front of the car would “crumple”

When I was a kid there was a whole toy line based on the Crash Test Dummies that had that gimmick. Supposedly all in the interest of promoting automobile safety, but there wasn’t really a ton a kid could actually do about that other than fastening their safety belt, which any responsible parent was gonna make them do anyway. Mostly it was just really fun to have an action figure that would basically explode at the push of a button.

Well, many men are “harassed” by women who have the temerity to exist in public without a man, so maybe? Although I could see some traffic accidents caused by rubber-necking a group of Velociraptors chatting in a crosswalk.
