As I said, I have a soft spot and warm memories of Korean food. Three types of Kimchi in our fridge right now.
Yes I even eat Kimchi on my hot dogs sometimes.

Simple BBQ fresh steelhead salmon.
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, with a little hint of onion powder, rubbed with olive oil.
Cooked off flame in a Weber gas grill.

Might be my morning eyes, but doesn’t that teaspoon of powdered sugar in the glass look HUGE compared to the other ingredients ratios? Especially the 2 T of water?
