How's the Weather?

It was finally well above freezing today in Montreal, the end of a two-day melting event that started with rain yesterday afternoon. Today it was clear, but very windy with a high of 44F/7C. Temps will dip back below freezing tonight and remain below freezing through the weekend. So, I went out a walked for a couple of hours since the sidewalks weren’t icy. All those piles of slushy snow are gonna need longer than a couple of days to melt, though. :mountain_snow:

Our mad winds have finally mellowed out, and despite today’s expected high of 42℉, a rain/snow mix is also expected.

Yup, very much not good. I will be charging all the devices and making some preparations for losing power today and tomorrow.

We are still north of the big bad red zone (for now? :grimacing:) on the Saturday forecast map, and I hope it stays that way :crossed_fingers::crossed_fingers::crossed_fingers:

Stay safe over there, neighbor!
