Indeed, it would be neither simple nor easy! I think it’s time for our elected officials to DO their jobs, not just raise reelection funds and appease think tanks.

What a clear, sensible, fair way to deal with abortion. No wonder the crazies are against every point it makes.

Helps if you’re rich enough to have an army of lawyers screwing with the IRS regulations,

Also works if you were once rich enough, lost it all, are deeply in debt, but still somehow absorbing tons of money from other people to stay afloat, and employing an army of lawyers who want job security.

Is he related to Roseanne, though? HA! And he reminds me of a villain-type from (pick your favorite 1970s TV detective show); you know the one that sits behind the desk and monologues to distract the private eye while he presses a secret button/pulls a gun out of a drawer/gets shot in the back though the window behind him, et cetera. OOh, I know - he reminds me of a big, jowly, evil John Goodman!

Oh, I know…and Big Dan Teague…but he’s still not as evil as Barr.

I was also thinking of William Windom:
William Windom in Murder, She Wrote (1984)

Fun fact: Did you know he once dated…Margaret Hamilton? Look it up, lol!
