When I was a young lad, it seemed that all of my friends had MTV, while I sadly did without. But they made sure to let me know of all the wonders that I was missing. I particularly remember them talking about Devo’s “Whip It,” which they thought was hilarious. Well, I didn’t have MTV, but I did have a radio and I was certain that this was the song they were talking about. I think I still prefer it actually:
