It’s amazing to me that there’s this shift from the solo contractor model (like depicted with great liberties in the Nick Cage flick Lord of War) to overt state sponsored arms dealing.

Like from South Korea.

I get that these governments have always been in the business, but to the average Joe Public I suspect it’s not well known or understood.
