We don’t hear enough about Syria
Yeah, you’re right, we don’t… or Sudan, or Nigeria… and what’s going on in Libya right now… So many conflict zones being neglected…

It’s beginning to look a lot like the beginnings of a “security zone” as existed in southern Lebanon.
Indeed… of course, it also feeds into the Greater Israel conspiracy theories of the Nile to the Euphrates… which, post 67 war, had some actual legs after the capture of Sinai…
And the current actions of the government today certainly has some expansionist designs. Maybe not all the way to the Euphrates, but… certainly into southern Syria, Gaza, and the West Bank…
